Her dynamic leadership and proven track record in optimising processes contribute to our overall efficiency. As chief operating officer at Aureum, Tessa Ogle is responsible for the operations of the company. She brings more than 18 years of experience to Aureum. Her experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Prior to joining Aureum, Tessa was the CEO of an energy charity in the UK where she transformed their business model and enhanced brand recognition. She spent 10 years working on some of the largest multi-billion-dollar oil and gas projects around the world and in 2013 was recognized as a business leader in her field winning the Telstra Business Women’s Awards for both Private and Corporate Sector and the Young Business Woman of the Year Awards. This recognized her 7-fold business growth of $50 million energy business she ran for a global engineering firm.
