Mark has joined the board as Executive Chair to help steer the company through its next growth phase. He brings 25 years of experience in healthcare innovation (Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Drug Delivery,) spanning start-ups, SMEs, and multi-nationals. He has a strong track record in developing business strategy, raising capital, and taking companies from start-up to commercialisation.
Prior to Aureum, Mark was the founding CEO of cancer diagnostics company Dxcover Limited, raising over $17m to develop the platform. As Managing Director of Daysoft Limited he led from start-up to high growth, creating over 200 jobs and sales in 20 countries.
A Chartered Physicist, with a PhD in Chemistry and BSc in Chemical Physics, Mark’s love of interdisciplinary teams grew from his Technical and Operational Management roles in Scherer DDS, the drug delivery division of Cardinal Health Inc.
